Flash wishlist

We are supposed to make a list of what we need for flash in order to complete our assignments. There are three things I'm concerned with trying to do, that is making the wind turbines move automatically where ever they are placed. the second is making the power plants appear after pressing there button. the third is the energy bar that shows how much energy is produced when the right power plant is put in the right place.
